Minimum Requirements:

1. All investors must be Non-US Tax Residents. Tax residents of Canada and other international countries are permitted. At this time, KEILTY cannot accept investors who are US tax residents.
2. The minimum investment for each deal is $100,000 (unless otherwise approved) along with a $5,000,000 equity maximum per individual.
3. Investors must be qualified as an Accredited Investor as outlined by the provincial securities commission in your province of residence.
